The Supernatural and The Paranormal - Part 1

For many of us when we think of the terms supernatural and paranormal, the images that come to mind are ghosts, haunted houses and things that go bump in the night.  The question is, is that all these term’s mean or is there more to it than that.

In some scientific circles the term ‘supernatural’ is meant to be something that violates the laws of nature.

So, may I ask the Christians reading this to take a moment to ponder on this, could God, Jesus or a Higher Power be considered to be supernatural or paranormal?   Healing the sick, making the dead walk – could this not be considered as things that violate the laws of nature for e.g. it is not natural for a person to make the dead walk, lay their hands on a sick person and heal them, nor would be considered natural to turn water in to wine or create enough fish to feed 5,000 people.   If this is true, and God or a Higher Power can tick the boxes so to speak in the paranormal and supernatural section of metaphysical and scientific studies, then wouldn’t this help towards proving that the paranormal, supernatural and all those topics and subjects within do exist and are real? I think it’s definitely worth thinking about, don’t you?
